You do not need to re-install ArcGIS 9.3 Service Pack 1. NOTE: If you've installed ArcGIS 9.3 Service Pack 1 prior to November 24, 2008, simply install ArcGIS 9.3 SP1 (Desktop, Engine, Server) Topology Validation Patch to fix this issue. Please see Technical Article 35833 for more information.
